Ryan Defibaugh grew up in Rockville, MD, immersed in the world of athletics. After his college playing career ended, Ryan became a college coach for 12 years; serving at McDaniel College, Penn State University and Mount St. Mary’s University. While coaching, he earned his LCPC and NCC. He opened his private counseling practice, MBS Performance Counseling, where he combines his coaching experiences with his counseling education to help adolescent athletes navigate the mental and emotional skills to achieve on and off the athletic field.
