She is a SCORE Mentor, a Certified MBTI Practitioner and a member of the Montgomery County and Frederick County local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management. She has been a volunteer with various agencies working toward the professional growth and development of youth, employees and small business. Mrs. Orisme has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Management for businesses and government contractors. Her experiences in process implementation, policy development and reform, employee relations management, training, recruiting, benefits administration, file and process audits have helped her to become a highly sought after consultant. In addition to all of the accolades above, Mrs. Orisme is a wife and mother of 3 beautiful little girls. Family above all things is most important to her. The hope for NLH Contracting is to create a legacy for her girls. She instills in them that they can be anything they want to be including successful business owners. She hopes that by leading with herself as an example, the girls will see that women are just as good and can have all their hearts desire!
