Joseph Hooks is a Montgomery County raised,minority business owner and youth advocate enriched in sports, youth and education.  He is a graduate of Shepherd University and started 480 club to reach those in need through sports training, donating, mentoring, special events, camps and coaching elite student athletes on a national stage over the last 6 years in various facets with the motto “anything positive is possible.”
