“Eat the Meat and Spit Out the Bones”

Dr. Don Berry was born in Florida but raised in the DC area. He attended UMBC for Undergraduate Studies and Logan University in St. Louis for Chiropractic School.

It wasn’t long after completing his studies that he immersed himself in Martial Arts, and has been practicing for almost 40 years. It was not until his middle age years that he picked up powerlifting and has been competing in powerlifting for the past 10 years.

Dr. Berry is married to Lynne Berry, a Middle School teacher in Frederick County. They have 2 sons Connor and Scott, as well as 2 grandsons.
